As with most everything that has been outsourced in the past, the cycle will change, and these jobs will return to the US over a period of years. Read what's happening in India right now .. Because of the outsourced jobs the competition is driving compensation up, and the more you pay these Indians, the more Self-Aware and materialistic they will become (just like Americans). Let's call this the "western way" .. In the past when the Western Way was introduced, the customs/culture of the race being affected have almost been destroyed (Post WWII Japan was a classical example, however in Japan today you could never afford a consultant). I'm sure if you polled the Indian Parents of many of these young Indian employees working for "outsorcing group" you'll find that they are very upset with the Western Way's changes and influences on their culture and children . If this continues (as I suspect it will) it will infect Indians, Chinese, and Latin Americans equally. That will DRIVE the labor cost up globally to the point where US rates (and US Dollar exchange) will make it less expensive to do business in the US, thus the cycle will have completed the circle once again. The Americans will become the labor bargain ..
