This is a good article on Procurement Outsourcing. We see clients that want to outsource (or offshore) more of their procurement functions, but are finding it difficult to find companies with the expertise (as the article suggests). It's our view that this is an area of significant growth for companies that wish to make the investments to build up the expertise in procurement functions - particularly IT-related procurement.
