Outsourcing Transition Management

Outsourcing Management Services will assist with the outsourcing transition management activities that occur during contract startup and during contract termination. This will be primarily a project management activity where we will be the primary interface between the sourcing supplier and the various client departments. Below are some of the transition services we will provide:

• Obtaining temporary additional staff to assist with transition plans and activities
• Develop and keep current an outsourcing transition plan, managing the activities detailed in the plan
• Organizing and chairing outsourcing transition management meetings with supplier and client
• Outsourcing transition status and financial reporting
• Effectively planning and managing the transition activities will help ensure service is not diminished while transitioning a function to an outsourcing supplier.

Transition SLAs

Outsourcing Management Services will establish service levels for outsourcing transition management activities. These service levels will include performance credits for transition activities that are not properly escalated when they fall short of plan.
